By accessing or using FF2050.AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy

2. Membership and Subscriptions

2.1. Subscription Details

FF2050.AI offers subscription services. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly.

2. Payment and Renewal

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3. Free Trial

If you are eligible for a free trial, the trial period lasts 3 days. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard rate unless canceled.

4. Managing Subscriptions

You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings at any time. Cancellation of the current subscription period is not allowed.

5. Refunds

All payments are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple via Apple’s support page.

6. Changes to Subscriptions

We reserve the right to modify subscription plans or prices. Changes will be communicated to you before your next billing cycle.

7. Disclaimer

Subscription fees do not cover third-party costs, such as data charges by your internet provider.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the app only for lawful purposes.
  • Not use the app to upload or share harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
  • Respect other users and not engage in harassment or abuse.

3. Privacy

We collect and process your data as described in our Privacy Policy

4. Disclaimer

FF2050.AI is provided as is without any warranties, express or implied. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the app.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to FF2050.AI without notice if you violate these Terms of Use.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Canada, Nova Scotia.
